Just reach out to us through email or fill out the enquiry form, and we will promptly respond with a formal quotation tailored to your needs.

You can pay by Credit Card, bank transfer or if you are a business customer, you can set up a 30-Day Account. Our customer service team will contact you for the required information to setup your credit account.

Most items listed on our website are in stock. If a product is marked as not in stock, feel free to contact us for confirmation of the delivery timeframe.

If the product is in stock, we aim to despatch order within 2 business days upon payment confirmation.

We work closely with trusted suppliers to manufacture and source premium products available directly to you. We oversee every step of the process, from establishing relationships with suppliers to creating 3D models and manufacturing drawings. Each product undergoes a First Article Inspection to ensure quality before being securely packaged and stored in our warehouses, ready for shipment to you.

You will receive both an order and despatch confirmation via email for your reference.

Upon payment confirmation, we can email you a Tax Invoice for your records

We can provide despatch details for you to be able track your order.

We aim to get your product to you via the most efficient route within a suitable time frame.

If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery, and it will be automatically returned. Immediately inform us of any damage via email or phone. For accepted items later found damaged, contact our customer service at support@partsbender.com or +61 (0)2 40 336 111. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Our images are for illustration purposes only, and we might make changes. If the changes are big, we will put up new images. For all the details, check out the product descriptions and technical information.

Registered businesses (excluding individuals and sole traders) and, public institutions are eligible for a credit account, subject to credit approval. If you wish to set up a credit account simply fill out the online form or contact us with your ABN and GST Number information.

Parts Bender operates online, we currently do not have a specific pick up location.
