The AP+ Non-Return Check Valve – True Renew System with Rubber Disc / Flapper (TRS-D) 200 mm / 8″ is the next generation of non-return valve, engineered for demanding pumping and fluid-handling applications where reliability, low head loss, rapid servicing and low lifetime ownership costs are critical.
From municipal and industrial pumping systems through to mining, dewatering and abrasive-fluid applications, the AP+ delivers dependable reverse-flow protection while making future maintenance faster, simpler and more economical.
Our Patent-Pending True Renew System (TRS-D) enables complete internal sealing surface renewal without pipeline disassembly.
When internal sealing components become worn or damaged, the valve can be serviced by opening the lid, removing the internal assembly and replacing the sealing components – without removing the valve body from the pipeline.
This means the valve body can remain installed while its primary internal wear components are renewed, helping operators reduce maintenance disruption, minimise downtime and extend the serviceable life of the valve body.
